Title: What is this one used for?

What is this Snap-On attachment used for. I may be looking at it wrong but to me it only swivels on one axis so it isn't a universal. I don't collect Snap-On but I don't remember seeing this one before.

I guess it makes a breaker bar when attached to an extension.

looks like it is for use with a 3/4" handle that is typically used with a ratchet head.....

That clears things up. I never thought about a removable handle.
