Post by: Ken W. on October 07, 2011, 07:37:35 PM
I picked this neat drain plug wrench today at a garage sale. It say's : RF POMBROY BAY CITY , MICH . Figured I had to take it home with a load of other stuff. Is this a popular wrench ?

I have two drain plug wrenches that are solid steel.  Have never seen one with that kind of business end.  Back in the days of the corner gas station, there was a drain plug wrench in every grease pit.

.... Back in the days of the corner gas station, there was a drain plug wrench in every grease pit...

That must have been in the old days! Last time I saw a "service" station, they didn't have a lube "pit".

Then again, I know of only one service station left in town.

I'm getting old!grrrrr.
