Well, I'm in the middle of a blizzard.... I'm not kidding ... it's crazy up here on the mountain!!! We are supposed to get well over 2 feet.... electric Co expects 90 percent of my county to be without power for some length of time... for now, I still have it!

Hudson & Thurber was an agricultural equipment mfg Co. Would have to assume that wrench came with a particular piece of equipment.
Here's the history on Hudsonhttp://www.hdhudson.com/website/documents/about-us/hd-hudson-history.pdf (http://www.hdhudson.com/website/documents/about-us/hd-hudson-history.pdf)

Wm. M. cissell mfg Co manufactured laundry equipment, Irons, steam boards, driers, and the like.

Hope this helps

Bird, check your link to Alloy Artifacts.  It should be either alloy-artifacts.org (http://alloy-artifacts.org) or alloy-artifacts.com (http://alloy-artifacts.com).  Both work.
