The angle head would make them easier to use than the straight style.
wish I had a pair when I did upholstery work.

Imagining the annual competition...is it based on how big a hog you can ring and stay standing, or how many, or both, or ?

That's a neat tool.  I guess professionals don't need the screw that my pair have, limiting the closure of the pliers so you don't over-crimp the ring.
