Here's another huge treasure trove of information I found this morning.  Looks like The Iron Age magazine did a huge series of articles on the J.H. Williams operations.  It's all contained in the link below, which takes you to search results withing a huge document.  So, you might have to jump around the links to read the story sequentially by volume, but it's all there.  Amazing amount of information, pics, and everything you wanted to know about how J.H. Williams ran their facility.
