Anyone know how to determine the right year?

You might post this over on WoodNet.  There was a guy - James was his first name, I'm blanking on his last name - who was doing a lot of Marples hisstorical work.  He could probably identify the logo and the date range for you.  I'm not sure if he's still active; he was having some health issues.

The three shamrocks identify it as a Marples Hibernia.
