Title: Please help identify this automobile hood from the 1930s

I have been asking on old car forums with no luck and I know we have some very knowledgeable guys here. I have searched thru carnut.com. I suspect it may be a pickup hood and I'm guessing its about 1936.
It had 3 stainless strips per side.
It has two handles on each side. Some manufacturers started that in 34 but a lot of 34 and 35s had vertical louvers and by 1937 some companies had started making 'pancake' hoods. Any one know what year and manufacturer?
