Title: Unusual hardware
Post by: lptools on August 19, 2015, 06:46:33 PM
Hello, All. These followed me home from our local antique show. No idea what they are!!!!!!!!!  Steel or cast iron (magnetic) rough casting? not polished, tapped holes on back  (1/4-20). These lay flat , at first we thought they were a handle of some sort, but would need a stand-off to use as a handle. The long one measures 20" tip to tip and the small one is 10" tip to tip. Our guesses here are nautical? kitchen? door? hardware. I am the proud owner of 4 of each size. Thanks, Lou

Hard to tell, not really a specific tool. I think those could be used a million ways or a part for a million things.

Looks like it is just a decorative piece.  I can't see any tool function though.

Drawer pull if the wood panel behind was hollowed out for your hand. (?)
