Hello. Good to hear from you, do you know if your parts are from wood bottom planes or from steel bodied planes? I am on the road for another day or two so when I get back home I will contact you again. Can you let me know what kind of wrench's your looking for? I tend to pick up any thing that's old so I may have something you might be interested in . Talk to you later. Jim

I am afraid I would not know the difference from a wood bodied plane or steel plane blade, I can use the tools well enough but have not taken the time to learn every detail concerning all of the tools I own. The planes that I use have fine blades in them already and will outlast you and I with the frequency that I put them to work.
As I mentioned they are yours if you can use them, I dont expect anything in return except postage. My e-mail is jhason2@yahoo.com

Thanks for your offer but 1 5/8 wide cutter would not be corrrect for this plane. I did a little research when I got home and this plane was only made from 1869 to 1923 and the type 6 which is what I think mine is was made from1874 to 1884,so it's fairly rare and I would like to find original parts if at all possible.
