Heres a couple photos of my Jaguar tool set. Plan to take it to Hudson,Ia and someone may like it better than I do so thought I'd share before it gets into jeopardy. Got it from original owner and should date from late 40's or early 50's. I like it but have enjoyed it for several years and am more interested in farm implement stuff.

Very nice!
Thanks for sharing. The wrenches are much more robust than what came in my British Landrover (Superslim branded wrenches). The pliers on yours have rubber grips, mine (1964) are forged metal and the tool designer lived in a square house, drove a square car (Rover) with square tires and lived on a square street. Even the screwdriver is sweet. Ahhh...to have the marquee emblazoned on your tools proudly while stored discreetly under the boot of the car. Simply proper!

Glad to see these. The XK 140 was the first car I ever loved. Still love 'em, still don't have one.

I drove our Company President's XKE convertible one winter day. It was an exhilarating experience. The first Jaguar I ever encountered was on a summer's day in 1950 or 1951. The owner was an older boy who explained to us that the car had two gas tanks. The beauty of that dark grey XK120's sheetmetal we could take in by our young selves. And the sound of an XK 140MC's echoing exhaust as the great six-cylinder engine took the car uphill through the rock cuts at the end of our bay will remain with me always.
