I ended up getting this torx set on E-bay cause a guy at work has the same set and I know they will be long enough to do what I need. http://www.ebay.com/itm/131419552040?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
The guy at work has the original plastic tray these would have come in, I like the trays cause they help keep things organized, anyone ever made a tray for your tools to fit in and if so how did you go about it?
Im thinking borrow his, saran wrap the surface and pour a mold from his, Id like to make this project as easy, quick and CHEAP as possible but am expecting a long lasting product.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I picked up several molded plastic tray tool drawer liners from Sears for smaller items in the tool boxes and plastic fishing tackle boxes for real small stuff. I got coffee cans all over the place and baby food jars hanging from the inside roof of my shop. I also bought a bunch of orange Home Depot buckets to store yet to be sorted tools.

Sears has this for screwdrivers. I have one, chopped the handle off, and it fits nicely in my box.

Thanks Bunger, at 5.00 that sure is tempting but Id like to make one the shape of the actual tools. This is a good general purpose holder though.
