Title: Mystery pliers tool
Post by: superzstuff on September 09, 2011, 09:50:09 PM: Bought these at auction. Very ornate, only mark is "C H S" on handle. Any ideas?

That's my impression, too. Could we get more, and closer photos of the jaws?

Id say that Viper kind of seals the deal, as to what it is! Here is a good resource for collecting old saw sets, but I did not see yours in it. Welcome to the Site!
