Title: postage prepaid shipping
Post by: amertrac on August 27, 2011, 05:16:00 AM
Am i the only one who has trouble with purchasing shipping through pay pal? I can print several labels with no problem and the next one will not print and they tie  the money up for 21 days if you cancel the label. this morning it was a shipment to belgium that i could not print so i have to go to the post office and pay again with added cost . it is cheaper when you print the labels but not if you have to tie the money up .  does anyone else have the problems  ?   bob w.

I haven't had any trouble at all. You just have to dot your "I"s and cross your "T"s before hitting send.
Sometimes I use USPS ClicknShip when I could use Paypal.

I see. When your pop up says "Label printed", it hasn't happened yet! Wait for the printer to start up, warm up, etc. I see that every time, I just wait a bit, and it prints.
You should also see a note asking if the label printed correctly. If you answer no, you aren't charged.
