Title: Thorsen Wrench Set
Post by: radguy on August 22, 2011, 02:41:41 PM
Picked this Thorsen wrench set up over the weekend at a swap meet. Look like they have never been used. #2010 - 2032. The plastic holder has NSN 5120 - 00 - 148 - 7917 on it.

If you are wondering why I am posting using links it is because I am now using Picasa and have not quite figured out how to enbed pictures with it.

Your wrench set was made for Uncle Sam, the military part number describes a 12 piece combination and open wrench set in a rollup. (vinyl, blue?)

The number doesn't seem to be associated with any particular piece of equipment, so it is probably just available for general maintainance....

Unfortunatly , the cage code, that would tell me who supplied the sets, comes up as a special code that means basicly it went to the lowest bidder(s) to GSA...

PS:Picassa won't show me the picture...
