Heres a Truth specialty wrench and I need to know what it was used on before I send it to the scrap yard. Alloy had a few Truth specialty wrenchs but not this fellow.I believe the two sharp bends were made at the factory but I have been wrong. Any help appreciated.

Heres shot of one end. other end slightly smaller. This fellow has been well used so doubt if it was something you only needed in leap years.

if I get three guesses:
1) head bolt on a 30's something, maybe Buick
2) some odd front end adjustment tool
3)a very hard to get to bolt, like under a distributor, or magneto
4) I dunno

Long handle, be for something tight, and in a tight space. I am going with intake or exhaust manifold for an inline six or eight. Also needed a wrench like this for access to a hidden bolt in a front fender, did not have a crowfoot that would fit. Just saw the post about building a flat bed body. Be ideal for holding the nut on a fastener in a hidden out of the way spot, while you turned the bolt. Way too interesting to scrap.
