Don't know much about blowtorches but this one has a different look.

"A PATENT SOLDERING IRON BLOWTORCH by the National Safety Device Company, Chicago, Illinois. This device, which was patented by Stanley Peters oon April 18, 1939, retains its full, original decal on the body (This item will be sold on Friday, July 25, 2014)"

I have that one, nice little torch. They made one that looks the same but larger as well. I have that one too!

The little bloke in the auction like mine has the soldering tip and the adjusting knob, the tip is normally missing and the knob broken or gone completely. For $35.00 that would be a good buy.
