Server wouldn't let me post photos, so take that boys!! I'll try again with just one and sse if I can squeak that one in...
-
Sorry..the server is currently out back behind the building fumbling with a piece of glassware and a lighter...
-
I thought I was the only one having problems posting images - I put that down to being on a little island in another continent, and the time taking to squeeze all those Gb up the electric string.....
-
Folks- I can't do anything at all about the picture posting difficulties. All I can suggest is that you use a picture hosting service and use the urls provided for posting.
-
Papaw, I think I figured it out. Feedback would be appreciated if i screwed up some how......

They are to be used on pump rods
-
Very similar are found as smiths tongs for holding round bar, but they do not have a double bitted mouth - I'd agree some sort of non-adjustable pipe tongs, like the UK Footprint brand (which are adjustable) - pump rod pliers sounds good... modern water pump pliers are similar in general shape...

I'll take a look, but I thinkit has the double jaws, just didn't take a photo at that angle. My bad
