Title: Turner Blowtorches and Furnaces repair parts catalog
Post by: oldgoaly on January 27, 2014, 02:50:38 PM
Anyone need a scan of this catalog, came across it in my stuff.  No date that I can find it's in fair condition for would guess it is 1890-1910 by the paper it is made of.  Guessing bout 20 pages, it was folded and now I have it laying flat with a book and a old cast iron bank on it. Will be easier to scan when flat!

I don't really need it but I would love to have a copy.  I have no information on blowtorch's.

It's flattening out here on the table, I'll scan it and upload it to mediafire in the next day or so. I'll post a link in this thread when done. I don't know how many years it has been folded up in a Dodge gasket envelope??? add 25-30 years it has been in my basement!

It's still sitting here with a little more weight on it, trying to get 40-50-60 years of being folded reversed.
Thought you might like the weights, one a radio bank late 1920's  and a brass casting I made of a 1930 Thorne Gas Electric bumper emblem. Oh and the booklet on top of it a 1959 Bonney tool catalog.

Thank you oldgoaly,
I own many of those, it's nice to have that extra information on each.

My very special Turner is not there, it's much older.

Parts were pricey for the time period , but I noticed it said " ask for discount".
Seem to be nice quality . Thanks for your effort.

Oldgoaly, would you be interested in selling or trading that? As a blow torch collector I would dearly like to own it.

Is it a little cool there rusty?

Lovely  84F here today, and a nice home brew on the deck this evening.  You keep warm now.

That looks like last years home brew on the deck.

It's supposed to be a balmy 40F here today.

It's your summer now in Australia right? How cold does it get in the Winter? (When it's Summer in the North.)
It is 70F here in Hawaii, expected high of 77*F

Yes summer ATM, it should start cooling off in a few months time. Last winter it got down to 44F one morning. It does get much cooler in other parts of Australia of course.
