A local blogger has posted two shots of a what'sit owned by one of his readers...

Anyone know?

The cross piece is 12" and what look like trammels (without points or holes in the end) are 2 3/4" long and can can be moved laterally.The handle is 5 1/2" long. The centerpiece is sharpened somewhat.

Looks similar to a belt or strap cutter for leather.

Loks more like a creasing iron for leather work - to mark lines parallel to an edge - must be pretty wide belts (or similar)
