Erie Stamping & Mfg. Co "ESCO" is a strong candidate. I have only seen advertising copy, but those drawings show a piece that looks like this. Interestingly, "ESCO" is roughly a century old.
Mind if I use your photos in the Missouri Valley Wrench Club Newsletter? I have a 1915 wrench manufacturers list I'm working up for the March 2014 issue, and ESCO is on that list.
A 1914 ad for the ESCO is one of the illustrations for patent no. 1,041,978 in DATAMP ( http://www.datamp.org/patents/displayPatent.php?id=31687 ).
