Title: Unknown saw.

Got this today at an auction and was hoping someone might be able to ID this saw. I have never seen anything like it and it has a mother of pearl inlay. I cant see any stamp but was thinking of giving it a short bath in evapo rust after removing handle to see if there is one.

Looks weird to me but i'm not much of a wood tool geek.  Tooth count per inch the same on each blade?

might just be 2 blades & 1 handle slipped together?
keyhole saw.

I checked and its one blade.
