I am a lifelong mechanic and machinist that also dabbles in woodworking. I am a retired manufacturing engineer and do clock repair as a small part time business.

In the 1972 / 1973 time frame I worked for New Britain Hand Tools and have extensive knowledge of their products from that era.

Glad to have you here, MShaw.
I posted about a NBHT product on the wrench forum the other day--a 1942 Blackhawk 7/16" drive ratcheting socket speed wrench.  I know this was before your time by fifteen years or so, but do you have any info as to when Blackhawk gave up on them?

Sorry, my knowledge of New Britain history only goes back a year or two from when I worked there.

Welcome form Utah.

And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
