There you go, nice basic wrench:)

It always sort of amused me that Farquahar went to the trouble to put 'A. B. in front of the name, I mean, Farquahar is such a common name, someone might confuse it with all of the other companies using that name....

You guys both have one of these "F" wrenches, then?  Are they pretty common around where you live?

I don't have one, and I don't know how common they are , so I don't know if you deserve a suck award for finding one or not ; P

*no* farm wrenches are common around here, I live in the land of rocks and boulders. Only an insane lunatic would have bought a plow here....

(I do see dairy stuff occasionally tho)

Rusty:

Your terrain is glaciated, e.g. littered with glacier-deposited boulders and glacier scratched outcroppings, with/without occasional terminal moraines, tarns, sand eskers and drumlins?

glacier-deposited boulders:   Got those, lots and lots of those

glacier scratched outcroppings: Got those too
occasional terminal moraines: Only one, we lovingly call it Narragansett bay ;P
tarns, sand eskers: Ahh..gravel pits, we have those too
and drumlins?:hmm, heh, now that I know what a drumlin is, I will have to look for one.....

Wrench is nice, but I prefer this part of the set.

This one is equipped with a DOT approved kidseat and operated by a lovely young mother.

To collect a full set requires patience, time storage and MONEY.

Aunt Phil:

Is the Farquahar steam tractor in Windsor, PA?  Also, I can arrange to send you an F wrench if you'll pay $6.00 postage.

I.M. me.

Not certain where the Farquar in the pic parks, honestly I just might have been paying more attention to the engineer who happens to be in her early 20s and cute as hell as well as fully able to make that machine do her bidding.

Unfortunately she has a husband, who she seems to presently like.

That pic was shot at Alexander, NY September 2011, rapidly becoming a real crap show thanks to a bunch of yuppies who know everything about running a steam & tractor show.
The machine is at Alexander for just about every show best I can recall, although I missed 2010.
