Unknown Quick Adjust Wrench

Did anybody ever see this one before? I haven't located anything on it yet. The only markings on it is "118" stamped on both the main body and the moveable jaw.

Never seen that kind of mechanism before, does it have teeth under the bottom jaw? or does it cam?
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

There is a spring directly below the lower jaw and the teeth that lock the lower jaw in position are on the back side of the lower jaw and main bar assembly. The teeth are real fine. The pin in the main bar just below the lower jaw slide piece keeps the lower jaw from coming off the main bar.

Lew, Looks very much like Henry Boker (Schultz 776) except wrench in Schultz has hang hole. Hang hole could have been added.
