Hello, I am looking for info on this vise! Maker? Country of origin? The guide for the clamp pad is pretty cool!!  Thanks!!

Very nice, and yes that "no spin" clamp pad is come thing that I had never seen before.

That name looks very much like one seen on a vise made in Poland,  that I saw  on the net awhile back.
