Hello, I am new to the forum and wish to thank in advance for any help I might receive, Could someone help me with an ID on the tool in the photos. Best regards, 3dahlia

Looks like some sort of cylinder hone. Maybe for brake cylinders?

Could also be a hone for the wrist pin hole in pistons.  Is the shaft solid or flex?

John, It has a solid non-flex shaft that is 6 sided at the distal end for 2" then threaded for 3". Beginning at the threads it is splined on 2 sides for 4-1/2". Thanks, 3dahlia.

Looks a cylinder hone to me as well.

I have seen a similar one like that with the hex shaft for the end to be put in a drill press.
