Title: Hay trolley restoration
Post by: coolford on August 07, 2021, 02:38:17 PM
Here is my latest hay trolley restoration, complete with drop pulley.  Meyers clover leaf.  This was part of a storage locker purchase.

For some reason it will not print the picture, and it isn't to large???

Try to attach a smaller image. We will try to have a look at it and try to help. If it's too small, then try a bigger one. Maybe it's also an issue with the file format?

I tried three times to load photos , won't accept even one
I've loaded many in the past at same settings?

Laptop , Windows 10 , camera at same setting last three years.
I'll give it another try now , I have a classified listed.

No load, here's message:

Isn't that the same message we had a month or so ago?  I think Patrick fixed it somehow.

I have tried smaller images and that comes up with the same message as Lostmind.

Hey Al. This all looks like it happened before. You were the only one able to load pictures!! Has anyone reached out to Patrick Hankamer yet? He was able to fix the problem. I will give him a try.

I believe Al is using a image hosting site like I do.

Hello, wrenchguy. I believe the rest of us are using a phone or a camera, but just started having problems again the past few days. I don't know how to reach Patrick Hankamer. Could you, or anyone else, reach out to him to check on the problem. Thanks, Lou

Correct. I am using postimages.org which is a free, easy to use hosting site.  I use Nikon ViewNX to re-size my photos, then post them on postimage.  Postimage has several ways to share a photo but I use "Hotlink for forums".
I have tried to use the "Attachments and other options" on Tool Talk but it has never worked for me, even when other people have used it successfully.

I only use a camera and never was able to upload thru the "Attachments" link here.  Google "photo hosting", its a separate website that you can use to put photos on other websites. I use free postimage too. I don't know how to contact Patrick.

Side note, i believe this v bulletin platform is obsolete and not supported anymore.  It may be difficult for Patrick to make repairs here as time goes on.

Back in 1938 that model cost $12.00 with plain bearings, an extra $1 got you the roller bearing version.

The Myers 1938 Cat is as large as recent Snappy cats. Quite a company.
