Title: Lectrolite Offset Box Wrenches
Post by: amecks on March 13, 2019, 08:15:30 PM
I suppose this would be a set - if it weren't for the sadly bent wrench in the middle.  The two at the bottom are a different set - short, not offset.  Looking to find a home for these soon.

Top to bottom
3005 - 13/16 & 7/8
3004 -  3/4 & 25/32
3003 - 5/8 & 11/16 (bent -darnit)
3002 - 1/2 & 9/16
3001 - 3/8 & 7/16
the two shorties
9/16 & 1/2
7/16 & 3/8

Isn't that bent one a manlyfold wrench?

Manlyfold wrench?  Ha Ha.  Only if he bent it with his bare hands!

Not a manifold wrench, obstruction wrench.

Isn't that bent one a manlyfold wrench?
There's some pretty strong women out there these days, too; so not necessarily just manlyfold.

And, referencing Coolford's reference to manifold wrenches: every manifold wrench I've ever seen was bent in a kind of open "C" shape, to get around the rounded castings.  And they've been mostly flat, no offset.

I'm looking for the smallest of that shorty double box set.  It's 1/4" by 5/16".  But it has to be the DEFIANCE O. variety.

Being the smallest, it was likely the first one lost.

Yup Norhtwoods I remember you wanted that small one and these were the only ones (and not Defiance anyway).

If I can find a 5/8 - 11/16 I would consider buying or trading for it, so I could complete this set (at least for these 5) and sell it as a set..  They are on eBay but too pricy.
Anybody got one?

Thanks
Al

I'll keep my eyes open.
Does it have to be Defiance O.?

I looked through my extras and found the 3003--but it's the Defiance Ohio variety.  Would that help?
