I think W indicates a doe wrench and as john k said, the wrench openings in 32nd sizes.
I believe the WO is the same, but indicates polished chrome, particularly on the flats on the ends around the jaws.
WBE is for combination wrenches. WBH is double box wrenches.
WC is for newer and I assume last production combination wrenches.
I have collected a crap-load of wbe wrenches, and have found several variations on them as to the markings. I hope to do a thread on them sometime in the future, once I get everything laid out and photographed to show the differences.
