Title: VINTAGE WRENCH with NO MARKINGS but E - 6165 D.B. 4

 Well I've got another puzzler at least for me. Found this wrench today and all the marking it has are on one side  E  -  6165  D. B.  4  and it's spaced out about as I have spaced it. It's 6 inches long and the marking covers 2 3/8 inches. I was thinking maybe military because of the marking but was not able to get a hit on the internet with it. No sizes marked either mystifies me. I scoured AA and came up with nothing so here I came. TIA for any help y'all can provide.

I don't know what years this is for specifically but it is a Dodge Bros. wrench.

 Anyone have any idea what the beginning letter indicates? I've seen all the D.B. tools on eBay  and they all start with a Q. I guess this is the next mystery. TIA for your help.
