Title: Looking for Info on STONE & MURPHY wrench
Post by: Auggie07 on June 15, 2022, 09:31:25 AM
I have a small wrench.  It is marked “PAT APP'L FOR" on one side and "STONE & MURPHY / INC. / MIDDLETOWN,CONN." on the other. It is almost  5 inches long closed and 5 ½  fully opened. It has three opening widths,  ¼  3/8 and 1/2  inch.
I am doing an article for the Gristmill the magazine of the Mid-West Tool Collectors Association. Does any one have one and is it a different size or different markings? You can view the info I have on this at
https://www.angelfire.com/wy/mttools/StoneMurphy.htm

Thanks,
Dick

Apologies, I did not open the link before sending the patent info from DATAMP, which I had only come across a few nights previous.
Cheers Danks.
