LOL!  You won't find that price on eBay.   But I found a 1 1/2# Heller rounding hammer for $12, and another Heller at about
8 oz. (looks like a midget rounding) for $4, so $20 isn't an unreasonable possibility.

There's one up on eBay right now.  Number 260818342252

3 days, 9 hours to go, three bids has it up to $11.08

Seller thinks the name is no longer visible, but there's enough to see that it's a Heller.
