I got these from a friend and have no idea what they are.

Hello, Are the ends away from the T-handle sharp? I am thinking a graduated set of cutters for leather or gasket material. Regards, Lou

Used to bore holes in corks and rubber stoppers in labs. Google "Cork Borer Sets" for more.
