Title: skil drill
Post by: p_toad on February 09, 2021, 07:00:44 PM
found this at the Restore before they clipped the cord and pitched it (cord is slightly damaged, but it runs well).
With the cord damage they won't even try to sell it.

Because, as everyone knows, you can't replace power cords.

Actually, for a thrift shop, it's more like, "It's not cost effective to replace the power cord/you can't make a profit that way."

And if it is a death trap, we could be in big trouble for selling it.

Clip that cord!

Yeah, it's the liability thing.   They won't sell used ladders and all kinds of other stuff.
