New Home for Some of My Wrenches
« on: August 09, 2011, 08:26:24 AM »
I couldn't pass this up. The numbers inside the bottom drawers start out with 03, I believe they were both made in 2003. The hardware is starting to show oxidation like the original owner had them in an unheated garage or basement. So far all the hardware is cleaning up nicely. All the felt in the drawers is like new. They are Gerstner Walnut cabinets. Gerstner stopped making Walnut cabinets around 2007 because they were having problems finding the Walnut that met their specifications.

Repeat, Wow!  The boxes, great!  Beautiful!  The contents...  I'm gonna go hide my collection someplace dark.

I have a Gerstner tool box.
I have my fav tools in that box.
It does not look as good as those pics.
Very nice collection in a very nice box.

Good Job!

Nice stuff. That 18" Ellis doesn't show up often.

I am still looking for a 10 inch and a 12 inch Ellis to round out my collection of Ellis wrenches. I have never seen another 18 inch Ellis and this one is pretty clean.
