A Pierce Arrow wrench from a 1927 Model 80 convertible

Tool Talk Friends:

The 11 1/2 inch Fairmount auto wrench pictured below came with a friend's 1927 Model 80 Roadster as original equipment.  I checked, and the 2 1/4 inch hub opening fit the car's hubcaps.  The Fairmount Pierce Arrow wrench I started another post with is too big for the hubcaps on my friend's Model 80.  Also. the gas cap on the Model 80 has "wings", like a wing nut's, to assist with its opening.

So what do you suppose the other openings fit?
My friends call me Bob. My wife calls me a lot worse.
