I bought this on Ebay a few weeks ago. Can't find anything with a Google search other than another unusual tool. The other tool was called a '#3015 Rimster" in the ad. I have a hacksaw that I bought new in the 60's that is from Chicago Specialty Co., but AA turned up empty. I hope someone knows something about the company. I think that the holes in the jaws are an owner engineered modification.

ERROR! I googled Chicago Speciality Co. The correct name is 'Chicago Speciality Mfg Co.
I found this tool on ebay.

Chicago Specialty Mfg. Co. made plumbing supplies and tools. the wrench is an adjustable spud wrench for basin and toilet bowl nuts.
Spud wrench patent is probably No. 2979977 (Jan 12, 1959).

The plastic handle tool was patented as a socket wrench with holder. Patent was issued on Sept. 27, 1963 (No.3178971)

I had several; of the spud wrenches on past Wrenching News Auctions but I don't think I have seen the socket wrench before.

Just saw this post. It's been a long time but I have found some CSM tools lately and figure I can share them here.
I, too, have the screw starter for hex screws. I have a PO plug wrench, a mini-tubing cutter, and a 4-in-1 screwdriver. Apparently the company made it into the late 80's/early 90's but sadly is gone now. Their tools are pretty well made.

Recently found a seat removal wrench.

I used my seat removing wrench just last month! Modern faucets often don't have valve seats I guess, but our plumbing is old, and our local oldtime hardware store stocks what I need.

I have a seat "dressing" tool for refurbishing old faucet seats. Apparently they were permanent inside old faucets. My house has the removable ones, so, my seat wrenches get a fair amount of use. But since I do handyman work I never know if I might stumble upon an old lavarotory that has permanent seats in it.
Just found a pair of wrenches this weekend - a Covers Company 4 way and a Chicago sink drain model.
