Thanks for the welcome! I'm in central Florida.
I don't really do much collecting of old tools. I mostly shop estate sales and the like and resell where I can.
I really enjoy messing with the old stuff- they just don't make them like they used to. Some of the olde ones are more art than tool!
Anyway, I run across tools that I cant identify what they are or used for.
That's how I got here.

I was trying to identify a tool and started looking over the "What's-It" forum and already ID'd a different tool I was wondering about (an antique J H Williams leaf spring spreader).
I'm only on page 8, and am having a ball looking over tools.

I'll look awhile longer to see if I can find the particular tool I have. Hate to ask if it's already been posted and ID'd.

I hope at some point to help ID something for someone else.
