I got this at an estate sale over the weekend. I thought it was pretty cool.It looks kinda light duty tho.Not for U-joints.

Wow!!  That swivel only bites on one end, is it grooved to prevent slipping? looks like lots of clearance on other end?...

It's serrated. It does hold it tho.

How wide are the jaws?  These look to be wider than the ones i've seen...maybe a woodworkers version?

They are 4" x 5/8" and are just a push in jaw. This might be handier than I thought. A smooth jaw is good for gun work.

This is the serrated part that hold the vise up.

I don't think I'd be pressing any Mac truck U-joints off and on with this one either.   :undecided: heehhehe

But its a cool little vise. Wilton's answer to the Versa-Vise.
Work at about any angle. nice

I bet you use the smooth jaws more than the serrated.
In fact, do the jaw mounting holes go all the way through so you can mount thin wood or aluminum faces for delicate work?

Great score, neat vise. Deffinitly for lighter work, but still coo.

Thanks for sharing.
