This came in a Machinist chest I bought. The blade turns in the handle
Nicely made , no name.Feels right in your hands.
Of all the things I've lost , I miss my mind the most

Are you saying that the wood handle stays still and the screw driver blade is turned using the knurled stem?  Must be for some delicate operation.

Mel , yes. First one I've seen. That's why I posted it.It came from a machinsts box.
Maybe used to adjust indicators?
