Title: 7 drawer machinist tool box,who made it?

metal drawer slides,cheap looking mirror,leather handle,.,mostly oak,not a high quality box,20" wide,,,,,,,,,i'm fixing it up a little,looks like it got wet,using some glue nails etc..,.,TIA
