Only hit 2 sales and still was pretty happy with the results.
Picked up a Beach tool box this weekend, dont see many this far south...
Found a small hack saw, not very deep, possibly shop made? It has a L stamped on it.
A Hinsdale DBE, love those fat round wrenches.
A Billings hammer, Indestro Manifold wrench, Imperial wrench, no name screwdriver and plumb bob and 2 1/2 x 9/16 wrenches for my collection.
Also nabbed a Penncraft box with a Very clean 1/4" ratchet.

Good day tool hunting!
That hacksaw is manufactured, I have one like that and a smaller one.
I think they are kind of cool.

I've never seen a Beach, anything. How many drawers are in that? Usually all I find in old boxes are rusty tools, or just rust. That hacksaw was made for close quarters.

Chilly thanks for the hacksaw info!.
JohnK, it's what I call a 3 drawer travel box. Leastways, I am trying to sell it as that... !

The hacksaw is identical to one I got at auction and posted here. Lauver told us "For the record, the hacksaw is a Proto model 344 ca. 1954." and he posted a catalog photo of it. Did we ever determine what the Imperial wrench was for?
looks like an odd one

I did not. I'm at work and cant check, but I think I cleaned and painted that wrench black and hilighted the name in red paint.
I like that wrench.

I have seen similar specialty hacksaws which were made for cutting BX cable.

The name Imperial,,,,, sounds like it may have been for the fittings on gas bottles? I am bummed because I have to wait at least 75 days to visit a yard sale here.
