Title: P&O Cutout plow footrest
Post by: Carl Wagner on August 08, 2013, 09:52:04 PM
Found this on my trip to Arkansas today. These came on the Parlin & Orendorff sulky stob cutters. Not a wrench but very very hard to find.

I've always called them stob cutters. Has a drum with knives on it and it turns which cuts the stobs or stalks, brush, whatever. I know where a complete machine is so this one could be bought.
