Wiiliams overstrike

While digging for Wrenches to fill Williams displays I found this one.

It's Williams scroll  and measures  1/2 x 11/16

originally 725R  x'ed out and stamped 1154B

1154b seems like a billings number

but I dont see much about either number

maybe a workplace numbering system?

Nothing on the wrench..... u need any parts 4 that briggs 5s?  i got lots.

5s spins nice but no compression, I assume stuck valve?

I have had my share of Briggs engines with stuck valves. I am currently working on a model S from 1930. I have a lot of model 5s and 6s engines. My favorite are the bigger engines like model 9, 14, 19 and model 23 types. I have several of the bigger counter balance models also. All cast iron engines.
