25 cent Ridgid pipe wrench

Heres a 10 inch Ridgid i got at a yard sale for 25 cents.
cleaned it up wire wheeled it. straighten the handle paint it. let em know what you think?

Heh, you painted your Rigid pipe wrench Trimo red ; P

It looks great tho, and even a chinese made junky wrench would have cost you more than 25 cents ....
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

The 25 cent cost don't matter when you're needing to tighten a pipe fitting!

FWIW, I think the Chevrolet orange/red engine paint is pretty close to Ridged red.

Varidrive-- How did you straighten the handle?  Press, hammer, A/O torch...

I have always thought Ridgid pipe wrenches is one of the best tool deals out there. I have alot of them and have never had to pay more than 5 dollars for one. Must be because there is so many out there. Almost every garage sale or flea market I go to, someone has one or more for sale. The only ones I don't see alot of are the aluminum ones.

I found a Ridgid 4-inch crescent style wrench this Fall.  It cost me $12, but it seemed worth it as I had never seen one before.  There was not a trace of red paint on it.  Should I paint it?  Please advise.

Mine has no paint on it either....(6")

Handle-thumb design reminds me of crescent's.....
