The tag you have on it says P S & W, but no Worth is shown under their listing in Cope.

Worth was a brand name used by hardware jobber Bigelow & Dowse of Boston, Mass. The ones I have seen were made by P. S. & W.

I have a pair of pliers marked "Worth". I have also had, in the past, chisels, planes, braces, bits, screwdrivers, and other tools branded "Worth". As Bus said, it was a store brand of tools made by other companies. Think Craftsman, Keen Kutter, Diamond Edge, Blue Grass, etc.
