Default 5-in-1 W.E. ROSEN tool

My latest aquisition - an OLD tool.
One side says "5 in 1 TOOL PAT. JULY 22, 1919"
Other side says: "W.E. ROSEN COL. O."

Socket end has 2 sizes: 1 inch and 13/16 (spark plug?)
There is a multiple size grid opening from 1/4" to 5/8", with what looks like a screwdriver notch on the end.
A tool auction website listed a tool like this as a Ford tool nobody should be without. Anybody have any further info?

I'll do some digging though the MVWC newsletters, I remember seeing it in there.

I'm a sucker for alligator wrenches myself.

Are my eyes going or does that wrench read w.e.Rosel rather than Rosen ?
Did a quick check of Jul 22 1919 patents and came up empty but may have missed it.

Schultz show s W. E. Rosel 5 in 1 wrench as #892 Looks identical to your wrench but patent date is Jul26.1919. Curious as both your and Schultz's dates are quite legible. By the way there is one for sale by dealer on net
