I've noticed that old Bonney stuff (heck, even the newer ones) did part numbers as multiples of 32's of an inch as their SAE designation. For example, OEA18 is their (Open End) Angle Wrench for 9/16".
Perhaps the "1818" on this tool is the nomenclature for 18/32, which equals 9/16 - on both ends?
And the 90 degree angle on the one side would sure come in handy for those tight, obstructed jobs. I know the Bonney's 15 x 60 angles really help me out.
