An Honor!!
« on: January 04, 2014, 02:21:03 PM »
I am pleased to say that Art Rafael kindly produced a miniature monkey wrench and sent it to me along with a note of appreciation for Tool Talk!
I am glad he has been inspired by Tool Talk and its members as much as we have been inspired by his contributions to our forum.
Quoting Ralph-
"This miniature monkey wrench was custom made and presented to Papaw in recognition of his establishment and professional maintenance of the forum, Tool Talk. Thank you, Papaw."

Ralph is a talented artist. His generosity to make you a piece is applauded. I continue to check his thread daily. It always amazes me when he posts. We are lucky to have him here at Tooltalk.

I think ive said similar things before, but ile say them again.

In my opinion we have the best forum on the net. We have such a close nit community with common interests. I would like to thank each posting member on the forum, as well as taking my hat off to Papaw for this great forum. Many of the members an many of the tools have brought a big smile to my face. Thanks for the good times Ive had on the forum. I am sure there will be many more good times to come.
And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

I am in awe of his work, and to own one of his creations would be a high honor for me.   I know it is for Papaw as well.   Thank you Art.

Papaw, your site is nonpareils. It has stimulated us all to search out, buy, clean, photograph, and share our wrenches and other tool finds with each other.  It has expanded our horizons into the past, into other industries and endeavors, and into hitherto unknown ways of getting things done.

Nice wrench!

I also find the site fun and informative. Very few places to go these days to get good info. And the generosity of the members here is humbling.
